This was my 1st wedding cake & for my cousin. 1st gumpaste flowers too. I'd never made choc fondant before & so it was a disaster @ 2am the nite b4 the wedding. I ended up airbrushing it choc brown & no one had a clue & it even tasted better w/out all that chocolate! Super happy I didn't ruin their day & definitely don't plan on doing more weddings! I'll stick to kids! lol. TFL!
