This is my version of the Debbie Brown cake, Whizzing Witch and her loyal cat (Enchanted Cakes for Children.) Made for the three siblings I baby-sit for their very first Halloween Party. It is a vanilla orange cake with a double chocolate chip cookie filling. Thanks for looking!
