Darn good chocolate cake with ganache filling and cream cheese icing. The cream cheese didn't crust which caused it to ooze out the bottom when we put on the fondant. Made for quite a mess! My husband and daughter helped with this one. First time using my alphabet cutters and first time ribbon roses. TFL!!
