Run out practice for cake I've been asked to do for Friday. I had problems finding any suitable resource to base the design on last week, and have seen some near disasters produced by competant people. I dont think it turned out bad so I thought it might help others people stuggling with this. I'm putting balloons in one hand to incorporate candles. Will send photo of completed cake before handing over to the customer
