This cake was so tall.I'm not a fan of pillars to begin with,but this couple (acutually the groom) wanted a really tall cake but not the cost of all cake,and he liked pillars.We set the cake up just to realize the table was not level by a whole inch so we had to think quick,I went to the kitchen and found some thick dessert plates ,so we CAREFULLY lifted this monster back a bit and put a plate under both front legs of the plateau,the only thing was all night long I worried about whether the plates snapped
