This was my first wedding cake ever and I was in the bridal party! Too much stress. Vanilla sour cream cake with an almond buttercream and almond fondant. Served with a raspberry coulis. I tasted amazing - looked okay. It is exactly what the bride asked for, but I had a bit of bubbling with the fondant and other issues. Oh well. Live and learn.
