Not sure why anyone would want a bioharzard cake, but there you are - someone did! LOL This was a coconut cake with a light, fluffy frosting and then grated fresh coconut on top. Now that I've discovered fresh coconut? I will NEVER use the bagged stuff again - no comparison in flavor.
