Cake iced in buttercream with fondant and sugar pearl accents. I don't like the little "ridge" around the tops of the layers where it looks like the icing sagged a bit, but other than that, satisfied, especially considering it was lots of firsts for me- first fondant, first figures, first stacked cake! Initially my plan wasn't the thick border around the 6", but cake wasn't as tall as anticipated and didn't want to go to the trouble to cut my SPS columns, so made do.
