This is the second cake I've made to sell. It was for a suprise party for a man who was having a birthday. The twist was he has also recently went to work for Norfolk Southern (thus the train). I had Happy Birthday on the other side of the train, as she wanted both sayings but I could fit both on the same side, I was very pleased with the way it turned out and so was my customer. I also added wintergreen candies as back wheels on the engine before delivering it.
