This one took 3 days! It was to celebrate the Baptist College of Florida's 65th anniversary. It's made with layers of cake, crispy rice treats & styrofoam. Lot's of trial & error here but I did my best. Next time I would cover with fondant instead of buttercream. I used lots of buttercream, royal icing & gumpaste. The board is 2ft x 4ft and the cake is probably a total of 2 ft long and over 1ft high.
