This is my first time using "professional" techniques to decorate a cake. I would have liked my buttercream to come out a bit smoother, but I guess you learn from your mistakes. The cake is WASC, the filling is Strawberry cream cheese from this site, and I used the VIVA method on the buttercream. I did make my daughters name out of MMF. MMF is so goopy, I don't know if I'll make it again. I think where I live in Louisiana it's too humid for MMF!
