This cake was a pain in the butt! I made a carmel and vanilla cake which turned out too soft and then I made a carmel buttercream which was too soft! The first time I covered it in fondant the frosting all fell down to the bottom so I had to pull the fondant off, scrape the carmel frosting off and recover it with regular buttercream and then fondant. But I love the bears! This was for my mom's b-day and I made a bear for each of her grandkids (the one with the glasses is supposed to look like my DD).
