Here is a birthday cake that I made for a brother of a teacher that work with. It is a chocolate sour cream cake with raspberry cream filling covered in almond flavored buttercream. I made it for a family who loves chocolate and raspberry. In fact, I was told not to stingy with the raspberry filling.
