covered with fondant with handmade fondant decorations. I made this at school. It was made on styrofoam rounds , a 14 10 & 6 inch. A pastillage fan on top with swiss dot , a mask with corneli lace. It's very toned down from what I really wanted to do , but the chefs asked us to keep it nice , and elegant.
