This cake was made for a bit of gothic wedding. The bride asked me to make it into a castle, and it was my very first castle. They bought the topper themselves, and I think it really works with this cake design. And yes, the towers are made out of cake. The centre is a chocolate-hazelnut cake with chocolate mousse filling.
