Medieval castle cake with 12" square 3 layer for the bottom, with a 6" square x 5" high dummy cake for the top. Chocolate cake with cookies and cream filling, iced in buttercream with fondant plaques on the sides. Non-edible turrets covered in fondant. Plastic figurines. Gumpaste doors, drawbridge, windows, flags, and banners, painted with luster dust/vodka. Piping gel moat. This took forever, but my son loved it! He turned 6 yesterday.
