I made this cake for my brother's wedding rehearsal dinner. It is buttercream with gumpaste cherry blossoms and royal icing branches. It is the most ambitious cake that I've made to date. It was my first stacked cake and my first time using gumpaste. Thanks to all CC members for providing inspiration. Thanks especially to modthyrth for answering all my questions and helping me out!
