This was my first attempt at a topsy turvy cake and I really wasn't happy with it. It wasn't angled enough. I was so worried they wouldn't like it, but I'm incredibly relieved they did! It will be a while before I attempt one again. I really didn't enjoy the experience, but I want to improve.
