Raspberry Delight

This is a four-layer, white cake with the kalhua raspberry cream filling recipe. (See recipe section of this site.) I used whipped cream to ice and decorate the cake. I thawed out frozen raspberries for the garnishing.

The cake was made for a gentleman who is diabetic.
