This was Clorinda's 5th Birthday Cake. up until about two weeks ago she was vacillating between Thomas the Tank engine and Indiana Jones...what can we say the kids got range! The train track, cars, Indiana and shortround figures were all made of gumpaste. The mountain is rice crispy treats covered in fondant. under the mountain is the Indiana jones cake topper. I thought it looked kind of cheesy so felt it really needed to be covered. this was my first time working with rice crispy treats. It was fun
