I just completed this yesterday - birthday gift for a friend's daughter. Lots of help from the 16 yr. old as well as my son (14) and daughter (24) and lots of fun to do with all of them. Bottom tier is french vanilla with apricot filling, second tier chocolate fudge with nutella/buttercream filling, third tier butter cake with apricot/buttercream filling. All covered in fondant with fondant/gumpaste decorations. Everyone loved how it looked and how it tasted.
