Thanks to Nunuk for the inspiration for this cake. I made the mistake of using the Wilton Tasty-fill pan for the bottom tier and the top is eggless. It is leaning to one side as a result even though I put dowels in it. Oh well, lesson learned! Both are Devil's Food with raspberry cream filling. Buttercream icing with MMF and gumpaste accents. It was for my SIL 30th birthday. I've nicknamed it "Mitzi's leaning tower of Minnie". LOL
