My Dd's Wedding Cakes
Here's the finished product! I can't believe how smoothly it all went. The cake was a modified WASC recipe, with a modified Crusting Buttercream recipe (I just had to tweak it - couldn't leave it alone). ;-)
The cheesecakes are standard cheesecake with graham/pecan crust, raspberry swirl with lemon shortbread crust, and dark (72%) chocolate with chocolate panache topping on an espresso/chocolate cookie crust.
