3 stack white choc mud 9"8"7" covered in white choc ganache. 75 profiteroles filled with custard and stuck with white choc, white choc shards coloured pink and purple to finish it off. I hav done this cake before but it is called 'The snow' and is normall all white but we decided last minute to work in the weddings pink and purple theme and i think it looked really effective!
