This 9" round cake was decorated using (3) #2 vertical stripes and #47 horizontal stripes. The rope border was done using #18 tips. The cookies are made with a recipe similar to the NFSC on this site, and the icing for the cookies is similar to Toba's Glace. The stars on the heart cookies are purchased sprinkles.
