I made this cake for a friend's 44th birthday. Even though is my first cake of this kind, I am very satisfied with the way it came out. I would like to give credit to a great Confectioners Art Master - Mr. Nicholas Lodge whose DVD guided me on this cake's decoration. Even though mine does not compare with his, but I will keep practicing, practicing, practicing.....
