This was fun to do, but a bit stressful and frustrating at the same time. I've had pretty good luck working with fondant in the past, but this time I had to roll out a pretty large sheet of it in order to cover this cake completely. I ran into some trouble as my silicone mat was too small, so I had to roll the fondant straight out on my countertop. My counter is not designed for this, so when I began to lift the fondant, it began to wrinkle and tear. I'm not 100% with the turnout, but it's in the past.
