Fr. Vanilla cake shaped and carved to look like a donkey/horse. the ears, legs and tail are ice cream cones filled with Skittles candy with a skewer royal iced to the bottom of the cone to secure it. Then I took a cookie and royal iced it to the cone to keep the candy from falling out, then stuck the skewers into the cake and decorated it. SO the child receiving the cake just had to hit and break the cones to make the candy come out. The nose strap is fruit by the foot arrange to look like a bridle.
