Oval cake iced with buttercream frosting, then surrounded by marshmallow Peeps. Decorated with sour apple candy "grass" and marshmallow/chocolate ducks, chicks, and eggs. Could also use fondant (I took the easy way out though, lol). See my other cakes at http://slicethecake.blogspot.com
