Cake 1 of 2 in this series. Made for my DH's fellow teachers. Vanilla cake with BC. Apples were erasers that I wrote on with marker and put on a lollipop sticks. Borders are the paper borders that teachers decorate their rooms with. Planned something different but my DH gave me the wrong date so it was due in a few days instead of a month!!!! It was quick, easy , and I think it turned out great considering my time crunch. The BC was awful though b/c I beat too much air into it. See the second cake, to
