This was for a bridal shower that I catered. On the way to the shower, I had to stop really fast because someone cut me off in traffic, and made my cake drop on one side. The flav is a vanilla creamcheese pound cake with a rasberry mousse filling. Chocolate ganache is on top. Everyone loved it.
