This is my first cake ever with fondant/etc....and I tried the Madhatter type...I was happy with how it turned out over all....I learned everything from this website...I am thinking about taking a class...Thank you everyone for all the good info! I am giving it to my cousin who just got a job at FSU, whose colors are....you guessed it! Red and White!
