Two tiers...mostly buttercream with fondant accents. "I got my second year licked" birthday theme. Lollipops are white fondant with real lollipop sticks. I just used the food coloring to paint the swirls on the fondant. Number on top is custom cut foam (by my DH) and painted to match.
