This is a 3 tier square wedding cake I just set up on Saturday. The cake is a 16,12,8 The top tier is red velvet with vanilla BC, The Middle tier is an extreme chocolate with chocolate BC and the bottom tier is a almond cake filled with fresh raspberry cream. The cake is frosted in vanilla BC. This is my first 3 tier stacked cake. Of course because we went with BC the weather ended up in record breaking temperatures on this date :( But we made it happen.
