Customer asked me to duplicate her hubby's bay boat. Bottom cake is a 12x18. Boat is carved from an 11x15. Bottom cake done in bc, boat is covered in fondant with fondant decorations. This was another cake that almost fell victim to my ac being on the fritz this past weekend. Luckily the bottom cake didn't have to be smooth.
