Idea from the 2008 Wilton Tiered Cakes book. Used mini bear instead of full bear. Cake is a yellow mix with jello and mandarine orange, filled with a whipped cream pineapple filling. both teirs covered with bc and fondant, yellow and pink tops are bc. blocks are 2.5 inches made of gumpaste. Originally the letters were fondant, but we had to cut a half inch off the blocks so we ended up having to pipe the lettering on.
