My Pumpkin Cake - Before And After

Well, this is my pumpkin cake. LOL...I was in a rush and couldn't wait for the icing to crust, not too mention a sick 2 yr old clinging to me! Then I had about an hour drive. By the time I got to the party and got the cake on the table, it looked HORRID! Probably b/c I forgot to use anything to hold the layers together. Amatuer! LOL!
But it was a great learning experience! Thank you to all who helped me with either the cake, or the icing. I really appreciate it!

I think it look good considering you were rushing to get it done. Always a learning experience when we forget to stack properly. :) I had that happen a couple months ago with my baby shower cake.
