This is a lemon cake with cream cheese filling, citrus buttercream icing and fondant. The extremities are rice krispy treats covered with fondant; other accents are gum paste. I used two 9" and two 8" layers, carved on top. This was a combination of a lot of fun dinosaur/dragon pics in the galleries.
