My very first wedding cake. Iced with BC, fondant flowers, real ribbon. I actually made it for my Dad's wedding. I followed the advice of a few people on this site and traveled with the cake already stacked. The bottom tier fell apart on my lap about half-way there! I saved the top 2 tiers for the wedding and everything ended up ok. Next time, I'll take the extra time and get there early so I can stack it at the site! Lessons learned!
