Did this for a celebration with several families. Red Velvet cake with cream cheese icing (the wedding crusting cream cheese from this site ..great recipe). My son thought I was making a Nemo cake when I began the tie. Those were just the colors I had, so that is what I used. I do not know who had this idea originally, but it was great for father's day. Tie, pocket and pen are fondant, and the collar is gumpaste.
