The 2nd set up cupcakes I did for Easter this year! For my daughter's class - ears are lrg. marshm. cut on the diag. then dipped in colored sugar, noses are red jellybeans cut in 1/2, 'cheeks' are sm. marshm. cut in 1/2 - rest is piped buttercream - all on a bed of Easter grass - so much fun to do!
