I made this cake for my daughter's second b day. It is a 10" vanilla buttermilk cake with cotton candy icecream filling and marshmallow buttercream frosting with cool whip over that. The marshmallow frosting wouldn't stick to the ice cream so I had to cover the entire cake in cool whip. The Elmo is free handed in marshmallow buttercream and the writing and streamers is cool whip. It colored well, which was surprising. This was my first ice cream cake and it was more trouble than I thought, it was fun anyway
