I am so thrilled about how these turned out. It was my first time making cupcakes. I never had a chance before actually. The new daddy (my hubby) asked yesterday why I never make cupcakes and here's what he and my father got, instead of the big cake I planned. Simple vanilla cupcakes with vanilla BC icing.
