These cupcakes went with the 1st birthday cake that has the tiara. They are choc and vanilla cupcakes and are all filled with a chocolate whip filling that I pipe in using a med star or straight #6 tip poked through the top. I find using the huge 1G piping tip and large bag to pipe the frosting is THE fastest way to frost these and still look pretty. Thank you everyone for looking!
