This cake was a real challenge to make. I had to freehand the carving and the details. It was for a 3 year olds birthday party. The cake is an 11x15 vanilla cake with cherry buttercream filling. MMF covered with MMF decorations. The tires are made from oreo cookies I covered in modelling chocolate and the lettering is gumpaste pushed into the relief I carved into the sides of the tires.
