I made this for a coworker's last day ... We work at Applebee's restaurant so I had to make a cake that suited the occasion... I used the soccer ball pan, made 2 cakes and stuck them together with buttercream icing. completely cover the cake in buttercream and molded the top where I made a fondant stem and leaf. buttercream icing for the trim which is supposed to be grass and a few leaves to make it not so boring. and a fondant bumblebee to complete the deal.
