This was the first cake I made for someone I didn't know, and it did not come out the way I planned. There is a grad cap cake to go with it. I thik I redid the cake 4 times, and didn't finish until 4 minutes before I had to deliver. Oh yeah, it was gluten free (and I've never done that before either) Anyway, buttercream with fondant accents. TFL
