This is the cake I made for my son's wedding . His bride gave me a picture of a cake that she liked. I don't know who to give credit to though but thanks for the inspiration. The original picture had white chocolate curls around the cake, mine had prioline cookies dipped in white chocolate. the cake is WBSC with raspberry and bc filling. The red currants are hand made from fondant and hand strung. Currants were not in season at the time.
