This is my very first cake with no instruction before, was given all the stuff for my mothers day and decided to go for it, it is a variation of a cake in the Wilton books. It is yellow butter cake with banana pudding filling, BC and fondant, I had a hard time my cake was either crumbly or falling apart, my BC didn't spread smooth, the top tier fondant didn't lie smooth, and the green BC on the o/s was so thin it was pretty much melting, needless to say I start the Wilton decro class in June
