I did four cakes for a wedding rehersal dinner last week, in different flavors. This is my signature cream cheese fondant, and I tried to put something about the filling flavor in the decoration. The wedding colors were purple, white, off-white, gray and black. Hence the purple "strawberries". I was TRYING to putt some scrollwork around the outside, but it smeared HORRIBLY, and there was NO time to fix it, so I just put rectangles of fondant over the mess, and pretended I meant to do it that way...
